I’m going to focus on this for this week & see if I feel the difference. Have been feeling really tired in the afternoons so I’m interested to see changes. I’ve never been a big water drinker in the past, but I am a BIG tea drinker… does it count?

Hey Rebecca sorry for the very late answer, just saw your comment...! Yes Tee also counts but not all. E.g. black Tea might dehydrate you even more then it fuels you. Nevertheless drinking tea frequently during the day, adds a good amount of liquid. In addition try to add some more fruits and vegetables which contain a massive amount of water e.g. apples, grapes, Oranges, Cellery Sticks... as they also provide high quality luquid incl. micronutrients which is not contained in water. Hope this helps.

I literally always carry a small bottle of water with me when I go out! It’s 330ml glass bottle:-) great tips🤩 we do forget to drink water regularly!

Amazing, Mila! I can totally relate,I sometimes catch myself not drinking enough throughout the day. To stay on top of it, I make it a habit to prepare a 1-liter tea can every morning and another for the afternoon. On top of that, I make sure to include several drink breaks throughout the day to stay hydrated.
