I Fasted for 60 Hours – All You Need to Know

I just wrapped up a 60-hour water fast and the changes I experienced at each stage completely blew my mind. Here’s what actually happened to my body at 12, 24, 48 hours and beyond and why I’m already planning to do it again.

48 Hours: Growth Hormone Surge & Anti-Inflammation
After 48 hours, I felt something incredible happening in my body. There was a noticeable change, as if I had reached a deeper level of energy and recovery.

3 weeks is my longest. I would not do that long again. I also swam a mile every morning which seemed to help. Salt is essential in the water for me.
