Great post! I had fatigue, high blood pressure, and muscle cramps. I took magnesium citrate. . . . And I could not believe how different I felt. What an incredible (and simple) thing!

Very helpful info. Occasionally I have taken magnesium supplements for restless legs, it works quick for me. I'm glad to see the foods listed which is where I like to start.

It feels as though the universe is telling me to add more magnesium to diet as this is the 2nd article today which has highlighted its importance. I especially like how you broke down the different types of Magnesium, thanks Orry 👍🏻
