Any hints about roasting legumes? I tried doing chickpeas and were not good.

Great article, Orry! I am a huge fan of making protein balls or energy balls as an on the go snack. Not only do they provide me with all sorts of wonderful nutrients, but they are also easy and delicious!

Great snack advice! My favorite snack is nuts. I like the idea of homemade protein bars, thinking about trying that out.
