Thank you! I realized I thought stretching was only for getting limber and to move easier. Your article provides me with more incentive to incorporate this into my daily habits. Just yesterday I was telling a friend how I reminese fondly of the days when my poor body did not feel like a stiff board and have such discomfort, especially in the morning. Off to do my stretches!

Love this! Thanks for explaining. I've been doing daily yoga since January 1st 2016, so 3334 days, over 9 years so far. No wonder i like it so much! I also think it helps my running 🏃‍♀️
