Many years ago, I reached a turning point when I realized that food no longer tasted or felt the way it used to. It wasn't just my tastes that noticed the change, the quality of the food had also changed. As someone who likes to grow his own foods as far as possible, I know how food should look, but especially taste and nourish. However in today's world of processed food, I realized that we have moved further and further away from real food. From this realization came my vision for NutriMindFit, a place where mindful eating, active living and sustainable, balanced health practices are at the heart of everything we do.

NutriMindFit was born out of my deep-rooted passion for gardening and the magic of growing fresh, natural food.
