As you've said, it's so important to keep a check on intake. I was diagnosed with SIADH, Inappropriate ADH and have very low sodium. Concentrating on protein intake is a major for me.

Great overview...there is a popular misconception of excessive protein needs, but you outline good guidelines and how to choose among good protein sources

Thanks Ellen for your feedback. We always have to remember that unprocessed foods provide the most clean and sustainable protein sources. This is what I prefer.
